Mitt Romney has a radio ad up in Ohio attacking Rick Santorum for voting to confirm Sonia Sotomayor to the U.S. Court of Appeals in 1998, "which put her on a path to the Supreme Court." This is the second time Romney has used this line of attack against Santorum....
